New division offers supports to connect and engage communities
School and community leaders throughout the state have come to rely on Capital Region BOCES to provide proven, strategic programs to help them meet their goals.
This is particularly true of our team of public relations professionals, grant writers, digital content specialists, graphic artists, videographers, website developers and support staff who have been offering results-driven services for schools, municipalities and not-for-profits for more than 30 years.
New division, same relevant services
We are pleased to announce we’ve added the Engagement & Development Services division to our BOCES organizational structure. This division, designed to help leaders foster relationships with stakeholders and build stronger organizations, encompasses the many existing communications and grants offerings that education and municipal leaders have come to depend on, with room to grow and evolve to better meet the needs of our communities.
Some of our current offerings include:
- Core communications and public relations
- Grant writing services
- Digital content strategy and accessibility
- Graphic design and print management
- Public engagement and facilitation, including our partnership with Thoughtexchange
- School Communications Portfolio
- Website development, hosting and technical support
“This new structure is designed to help us grow and expand our communications and grant writing services to better serve those we support, and to remain relevant in a field that is constantly changing,” said Adrienne Leon, APR, who will serve as director of the new division. “We don’t expect this will affect the way our customers currently work with our team. We will continue to offer the responsive, reliable and effective support we’ve long been known for.”
