Job Description:

Part Time Prep Cook We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated employee to fill this position. Job responsibilities include: -Food preparation, Cold-Food Station (Deli Sandwiches, Green Salads, Desserts, etc.), Delivery Driving, and Errands for Kitchen. We are a small local business where teamwork is the ULTIMATE MOTTO; cross-training opportunities and room to grow is always an offer. Starting hours would be 20-30 hours a week (Tuesday-Sunday availability- day time shift, generally).

Skills Needed:

-Proper knife skills/comfort with holding a knife.
-Must have knowledge of proper sanitation procedures/safe food-handling.
-Proper hygiene to be working with food and professional appearance on deliveries/errands.
-Must be reliable and have flexible availability (i.e. weekends)
-Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
-Must have a Valid Driver’s License (for delivering/errands)
-Hardworking, Dedicated, and Positive Attitude

-We prefer kitchen experience but are open to a moldable applicant who can take direction and listen to tasks given from the Kitchen Manager. We want someone who is driven and ready to learn and retain our process of doing things.

Hourly Wage:

$17/hr

Hours:

20-30 hours a week Generally, a shift could start as early as 7am and could end as late as 4:30pm (every day is different, and each shift is dependent on volume of orders per day). Clock-in time is discussed the day prior, based on volume.
