Job Description:
Daughters of Sarah Nursing Center is currently seeking compassionate and energetic applicants for the following Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) positions: PT Days, FT / PT on Evenings and Nights The basic job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: – Under the direction of the nurse manager or registered nurse, following specific care plans, performs a broad range of nursing functions including administering of medications and other related protocols and assignments. – Maintains various records and reports reflecting care given such as nursing notes, charges, receipts for drugs, and other matters that are a part of unit procedures. – Oversees and supervises the activities of staff including CNAs. Makes daily assignments, and prepares other schedules. – As part of standard routine, observes conditions, physical changes, and other significant events of residents making necessary documentation and reporting observations and recommendations to the supervisor for review and action.
