Job Description:
The Legislative Ethics Commission (“LEC”), established by Section 80 of the Legislative Law, seeks an energetic and motivated person with excellent communication and organizational skills for an Administrative Assistant position.
Duties of this position include:
Maintaining confidential information, general administrative support functions such as answering phones, relaying messages, greeting and assisting visitors, filing, handling mail, copying, scanning, proofing, and formatting documents and correspondence.
