Before You Contact Your District For Technology Support
Step One
Be sure your student signed into their device using their Firstname.Last name @v.capregboces.org.
If you are unsure if they did this, it might be a good idea to sign them out and try again.
Step Two
If your student is logged into Seesaw and they don’t see anything but you know they are logged in with the right @v.capregboces.org account, follow the steps listed below.
- Click on your student’s name in the upper left corner.
- Choose a different course until you see work or have looked at all of the subjects.
Contact your home district technology help desk once the steps above are complete. Please be ready to provide your student’s name, assigned teacher, their home district and when they were enrolled.
