Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVAC/R)

Albany Campus

The Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVAC/R)
program gives students a solid career foundation. The HVAC/R field
offers job opportunities that outnumber qualified professionals (visit
www.BLS.gov and search “HVAC” for more information).

In a state-of-the-art classroom, students are prepared to test for federal
Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) certification, which is required
to work in the industry. Career information is available at
www.acca.org and www.rses.org.

Students will also receive Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 10-hour certification.
