Position Summary: The Fleet & Logistics Manager is responsible for managing our growing fleet of Service Vehicles and warehouse inventory. This includes service and repair of vehicles, coordination of maintenance, and managing vehicle stock for field technicians. Responsibilities and Duties: The Fleet & Logistics Manager is a critical role to our success because without well-stocked and maintained service vehicles, we are not able to provide top-tier service to our customers. This position allows us to set our field technicians up for success by staying proactive. The Fleet & Logistics Manager responsibilities and duties include: Primary Duties: ● Manage service and repair for company fleet (roughly 70 vehicles, mainly T250 vans) across 9 states ○ Coordinate appointments with garages and our field technicians to ensure they go to scheduled vehicle service appointments ○ Develop schedules and procedures for and ensures adherence to routine maintenance and non-routine repair of all vehicles in the company’s fleet ○ Establish a schedule for recommended replacement of fleet vehicles ○ Maintains database of maintenance and repair records for company vehicles and equipment ● Oversee in-house mechanic ○ Coordinate with them to service for our local trucks / equipment ● Fit up, inspect, letter, restock and prepare new vans to be delivered to technicians ● Retrieve any vehicles no longer in use; arrange getting them back to the warehouse and get ready to be re deployed Secondary Duties: ● Manage warehouse and inventory ○ Receive and document incoming deliveries ■ These will need to be looked up in our system based on PO#, tagged accordingly, and placed in the proper area for the technicians to grab ■ Tracking of these parts is critical ○ Manage stock materials ■ In both our main warehouse and remote warehouses, stock needs to be inventoried and replenished in a timely and efficient manner ■ Oversee shop inventory, order parts, shop supplies, and equipment ○ Work with Service Managers to ensure material orders flow in and out properly. ○ Send outgoing shipments as needed ○ Manage overall cleanliness and organization of warehouse ○ Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of shop employees ● Manage company tools and ordering replacements as needed ● Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications: Experience: ● Experience working in a similar role is preferred ● Experience with fleet management software is preferred ● Some knowledge of vehicle maintenance is preferred ● Knowledge of the Electrical / Facility Services industry is preferred ● Experience with inventory management is preferred Education/Licensure/Certifications: ● High School Diploma or equivalent is required ● Valid driver’s license is required Physical Requirements: ● Work in various environments including office, warehouse, and on the road ● Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer ● Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times Other Requirements: ● Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States ● Candidates must live within driving distance or be willing to relocate before starting work as this position is required to be onsite Monday-Friday ● Some local travel may be required at times ● Candidates must pass a drug test and background check prior to starting work

Hourly Wage:

Starting salary: $76,000
