As a Elevator Operations Associate, you will be responsible for unloading wheat trucks and rail cars, running tests on wheat, processing appropriate paperwork, and blending wheat to the appropriate specifications as set forth by our clients. To succeed, you must be able to:
• Must be willing and able to work at least 8-Hour shifts but could work 10 to 12-hour shifts depending on business needs.
• Rotating every two weeks from 1st Shift to 2nd Shift
• Must be willing to work Weekends, OT and Holidays as needed
• Must be willing to accept accountability and work well independently
• Must be willing to work outside all year round.
• Perform duties and deliver results in new situations while adhering to safety and food safety policies without compromising the team’s values.
• Serve others with understanding, respect, and care.
• Operate with simplicity, clarity, and transparency.
• Deal with and drive change.
• Organize, prioritize, and own multiple tasks while meeting or exceeding deadlines.

Skills Needed:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills required
• Must be able to work shifts as assigned including overtime and weekends
• Maintain excellent work attendance
• Able to work without supervision
• Able to multi-task
• Able to be trained in the proper and safe operation of vehicles used, such as locomotive and company truck

Hourly Wage:
Shift between 1st & 2nd Shift - $23.50 per hour $5,000 First Year Sign-on Bonus
