Pathways serves adolescents in grades 9-12 with acute mental health diagnoses. Students in the program typically exhibit symptoms of anxiety, depression, psychosis, suicidal ideation or other mental health problems that render them temporarily unable to function in more traditional school programs. Students participate in all New York state regular grade-level assessments. Preparation for the Career Development and Occupational Studies (CDOS) commencement credential is an additional central. There is a 6:1:2 student/teacher/aide ratio. (HS)
