The goal of the Capital District/North Country Regional Special Education Technical Assistance Support Center (RSE-TASC) is to improve instructional practices and outcomes of students with disabilities by providing a coordinated system of high quality technical assistance, information dissemination, professional development, and oversight of Quality Improvement Process and Plan (QIP) for the schools within the BOCES catchment area. The primary work of the RSE-TASC providers is to expand knowledge and use of research-based practices, particularly in the areas of literacy, behavioral supports and services, special education instruction and transition planning activities.
