Capital District/North Country Early Childhood Direction Center (ECDC) is a New York State Education Department grant- funded project that provides training, technical assistance, information and support for school districts, providers of early childhood services and parents in the identification, referral and support of special education pre-school age children. No cost to schools, parents or agencies.

Our services are provided, free of charge and confidentially to all families, providers, and community agencies in the following areas: Albany, Clinton, Columbia, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Greene, Hamilton, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, St. Lawrence, Warren and Washington Counties.
