Cosmetology students raise funds, awareness for breast cancer research

Cosmetology students raised $1,540 and participated in the American Cancer Society's Making Strides for Breast Cancer walk on Oct. 16 in Albany. On Oct. 12, the students held a very well-attended clinic during the school day and evening open house to support the cause, providing haircuts, braiding, nail enhancements, manicures with paraffin dips, pedicures with stone massage, nail art and facials.
